For those on a tight budget, or those who just want to get ahead of an impending yearly bill, River Point's online banking can help! There are many homeowners who have taken advantage of this great opportunity!
Here are a few options to think about:
1. Visit the website (information listed below), set up an online account and select the recurring payment option. This option will allow you to set up a recurring payment of any amount to come out of your checking account on a day of the month you select.
All payments received would simply be a credit on your account.
2. Visit the website (information listed below) and make a one-time payment. This option will allow you to make a one-time payment as many times as you want throughout the year. Say you get your income taxes and want to pay your upcoming
dues in advance, or you got a bonus and want to get a jump on the upcoming yearly dues.
Each one-time payment received would simpy be a credit on your account.
3. Or, mail a check or money order, with your account number in the memo to the post office box listed below.
All payments received would simply be a credit to your account.

2021 Annual Dues
We've been very pleased to have kept our dues the same 2009-2019.
We increased them 10% in 2020, but that was just not enough.
With the rising cost of services and upcoming special projects, we had no choice but to raise them again.
Even with all the inceases, we still have the lowest dues around.
2021 Annual Assessments are due January 1st.
Payments received after January 15th will be assessed
at $25 late fee and payments received after
January 31st will be assessed interest.
