The "Homeowner Access ONLY" page is an option for the homeowners of River Point to view the Association's monthly financial documents. Documents include, the Profit and Loss Budget Performance Report, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable Summary and the General Ledger. Although these documents have always been available to you upon request, with the new added feature of the website to password protect specific pages, the Board wants to give those homeowners that are interested easier access.
We have also moved all of the monthly minutes to the access only section and have made the last several years of minutes available.
